4. Consulting services

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities will be set out in a proposal, statement of work, or other contract agreed between you and AI Growth before work begins. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

5. Inquiries and contact forms

When you submit a contact form or inquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting a form does not create a binding contract or guarantee that we will accept an engagement. We will use your submission in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and illustrations—is owned by or licensed to AI Growth and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

Deliverables created under a paid engagement will be governed by the intellectual property terms in the applicable project agreement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Growth and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that courts in Metro Manila, Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
